  • Have your mail come directly to your personal address rather than collecting it from Quo Business Lounge by linking your virtual address with the AusPost mail redirection service (AusPost charge approx. $707 per year for this service). Please note, Quo Business Lounge have no affiliation with AusPost.

  • Receive live-time notification of when Quo Business Lounge has received your mail.

  • Once you’ve been notified that you have mail, you can request us to scan and send you a secure digital file of the mail.

  • Collect your mail from the concierge at Quo Business Lounge from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

  • Choose to have mail shredded if it is not important, and rest assured any sensitive information is destroyed.

  • You can request your mail to be held by our concierge at Quo Business lounge for up to 2 weeks.

  • Your clients and the public will only have visibility to your virtual address. They will not be able to see the PO box, personal address, or email address address mail is forwarded to or scanned and emailed to unless you choose to disclose this to them.
